Step into 2022 with Momentum

Momentum returns for the 6th year, once again in the virtual format but with nothing virtual about the impact it will have on your life.

Over the course of a day and a half, we’ll be working together to build your plan for 2022 so you leave at the end of the event with a vision, a plan, and the motivation and belief you need to accomplish it.

Connecting The Dots

We’ll be taking time to reflect and look back over the last 12 months to extract the vital lessons we can feed into the future.

Have you ever got to the end of a busy day and felt overwhelmed by all the items on your to-do list that didn’t get ticked? The same thing can happen at the end of the year, with a tendency to focus only on the failures and broken promises to ourselves.

This bias towards what’s missing or broken blinds us from the nuggets of gold that are there, sometimes hiding in plain sight.

If you can identify and internalise these lessons you can invest them in your future, but you have to create the space to go prospecting to find them in the first place.

Steve Jobs famously said “You can’t connect the dots looking forwards, you can only connect them looking backwards”.

We’ll guide you through some simple techniques to help you find your dots then connect them together to create a pot of gold of lessons and a rich seam of motivation to draw on over the coming months.

Design Your Future

Momentum is about just that… building an unstoppable forward trajectory that continues to carry you towards your goals. But what are those goals and how do you know if they’re the right ones?

Day 2 of Momentum is all about examining what’s most important. What’s going to bring you a sense of accomplishment and experience whilst allowing you to enjoy happiness and contentment each day along the way.

We’ll be guiding you through tried and tested goal setting techniques that will connect you deeply to the outcome, and how you can dismantle the barriers that may be standing in your way.

If you’ve ever attended an event, read a book or been on a course that’s left you fizzing with motivation and overflowing with can-do, but without the substance to get your teeth stuck into once the dust has settled you’ll know how frustrating this can be. You know what you want, but bridging the gap between here and there can’t be accomplished by a fleeting sense of motivation alone.

Momentum brings you the sizzle of motivation and the steak.

Vision, motivation and belief grounded in reality and wrapped in a plan of action that will keep you moving forwards.

Join us to kick off your year, connect your dots and design your future.

Connecting The Dots
With all the busyness of December we often plough into the new year without a pause, and no time or space to look at where we are right now.
Steve Jobs said, “you can’t connect the dots looking forwards, you can only connect them looking backwards”.

In my session I’ll be leading you through a simple process to extract the lessons, acknowledge and honour the wins, and to decide what we’re ready to let go of and leave behind as we launch into 2022.
