After graduating with a degree in engineering, George decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the fitness and wellbeing industry as a personal trainer. Over the past two decades he has delivered over 17,000 hours of client training time, as a trainer and coach.
George's personal challenges include running 10 back to back marathons, two 100 mile, 24 hour ultra marathons, an ironman triathlon and numerous other ultra-endurance events.
He blends his professional and personal experiences with his training in physical and psychological wellbeing, to coach, present and share knowledge in an engaging and impactful way.
