Who is George Anderson?

After graduating with a degree in engineering, George decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the fitness and wellbeing industry as a personal trainer. Over the past two decades he has delivered over 17,000 hours of client contact time, as a trainer, speaker and coach.

Trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience coaching and positive psychology, George blends his professional expertise in physical and psychological wellbeing with his own personal experiences, to coach, present and share knowledge in an engaging and impactful way.

George's personal challenges include running 10 back to back marathons, two 100 mile, 24 hour ultra marathons, an ironman triathlon and he is currently training for a 12 hour treadmill run.
