At the start of 2021 I'm sure you had big plans for the year.

What you were going to do, places you were going to visit, things you were going to achieve... this was the year that things were going to happen.

I'm not sure what kind of a year you had, but I'm certain that things didn't turn out quite the way you had imagined!

The chaos we've been muddling through in 2021 has given us a rock solid excuse for any goals that didn't come to fruition.

Everything was cancelled, our movements were restricted, and everything was so unpredictable and uncertain.

For once, this one really wasn't our fault!

Let's face it, things aren't exactly looking 'back to normal' any time soon.

But now that we know what we know, we really can't be setting same-old same-old goals or resolutions and then blaming it on the pandemic when we fail to meet them.

It's time...

It's time to take a long hard look at ourselves, and cut the BS stories we're still spinning about being helpless and hopeless.

It's time we start refusing to be restricted by global forces outside of our control, and reclaim our power to choose how we respond.

It's time we set Great GOALS that inspire us, drive us and ultimately change us into the next evolution of ourselves.

If you're currently feeling a little adrift, directionless and done-over by the last 12 months, now is the time to get a grip on the situation.

Setting Great GOALS takes more than just deciding what you want, though we're often told that this is the be all and end all.

"If you want it badly enough, you'll find a way", say the motivational gurus, which basically means it's your fault when you slip up or quit. Not an especially inspiring message.

For some people it really is as simple as making a decision... or that's how it appears to the outside world. The tipping point is reached, 'enough is enough' is declared, and action is taken. Change turns into transformation, and 'it all started with a decision'.

For most of us though there are a few little inconvenient details to take care of, such as what makes a goal meaningful and motivating... yet manageable?

How do you know if it's the right goal?

And how on earth do you start out with achieving it when you've failed a dozen times before?

The 10 Day Setting Great GOALS course addresses all of these questions and gets you on your way to taking action towards the kind of goals that will make a difference.

If you have an inkling that there's more you want to achieve in 2021 than just surviving, but aren't sure how to craft it into a goal that you can get your teeth stuck into, join us on this course and get set on your way.

"Over the last few years I've tried different toolkits to help achieve various objectives, but I've never found one as powerful and impactful as this. One of the most interesting things about the process is that - as the weeks went on - things got easier. Through using your tools every day, I created habits and now I feel like I’m making progress without feeling it’s an effort!"

- Ronan Brandon

In This 10 Day Course You Will Learn...

  • How to use the GOALS framework to set and achieve meaningful goals
  • Goal Setting - how to think through and structure your goal
  • Obstacles - success isn't a straight line, and often the biggest obstacle standing in your way is YOU! Learn how to get out of your own way, fall down less and get up faster
  • Action - nothing changes until something changes! Determine the next thing you need to do to move you closer to your goals. Forge the habits that will build your momentum
  • Limiting Beliefs - uncover some of the beliefs you may still be unwittingly holding onto that are keeping you from fully committing the journey to success
  • Success - getting clarity on what success looks, sounds and feels like, how to measure your progress and stay accountable to yourself along the way

How It Works

The 10 day course starts whenever you are ready.

You'll have lifetime access to the material so there's no rush, and some lessons may take a little longer to do justice. My hope is that you find it so useful that you want to come back to the framework again and again!

Each morning you will receive an email with that day's lesson.

Set aside 15 minutes in the morning to read the lesson, and do The Work!

Towards the end of the day you will receive another short email from me, with another nudge to think about and do The Work.

I recommend another 15 minutes at the end of the day, giving you a total time investment of 30 minutes a day.

We never do this!

30 minutes a day for 10 days is 5 hours ... when was the last time you spent 5 HOURS thinking about, connecting to, committing to, and planning your goals?

We just never do this... until now.

You will likely find that the first lesson and worksheet on crafting the goal itself becomes a work in progress through the duration of the 10 day course. But an average investment of 30 minutes a day will be sufficient to get the most out of the course and set you up for success.

I want you to finish the 10 days with a:

  • Clear idea of what you want
  • Deep inner sense of motivation to draw you closer to it
  • Action plan to get you started on your way
  • Set of strategies to side step any self-sabotage tendencies.

I'm sure you've been frustrated in the past with taking on a new challenge or embarking on a new goal, only for things to fall apart after a few days or weeks. Long before you get to where you want to be.

Investing just 2x15 minutes a day for 10 days will dramatically increase your chance of success.

If you have to miss a day here and there for whatever reason then you can just pick up where you left off, but consistency will build momentum and each lesson will enhance the one before it.

And besides, the sooner you can get cracking with the ACTION stage, the sooner you will be on your way to achieving your goal!

As well as the written email, you will have access to a private area of my website where all the course material will be located, including audio versions of each of the daily lessons.
