How It Works

The course takes 10 days to complete, and we start on Monday August 24.

You will be part of a group working through the course, but you can take as long as you like to complete it. There's no rush, and some lessons may take a little longer to do justice. My hope is that you find it so useful that you want to come back to the framework again and again!

The material is yours to keep, with no time limits or expiry date.

Each morning you will receive an email with that day's lesson.

IMPORTANT: You need to set aside 15 minutes in the morning to read the lesson, and do The Work!

At the end of the day you will receive another short email from me, with another nudge to think about and do The Work. I recommend another 15 minutes at the end of the day, giving you a total time investment of 30 minutes a day.

You will likely find that the first lesson and workshop on crafting the goal itself becomes a work in progress through the duration of the 10 day course. But an average investment of 30 minutes a day will be sufficient to get the most out of the course.

I want you to finish the 10 days with a clear idea of what you want, a deep inner sense of motivation to draw you closer to it, an action plan to get you started on your way, and a set of strategies to side step any self-sabotage tendencies.

I'm sure you've been frustrated in the past with taking on a new challenge or embarking on a new goal, only for things to fall apart after a few days or weeks. Long before you get to where you want to be.
